Fulvio Colangelo was born in Aosta, Italy in 1946.
At the end of the Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti of Turin he made an event closing the main door and  the windows of the ancient building with nylon wires.
He worked in theatre with two very important Italian stage designers: Guglielminetti and Luzzati.
He had six wonderful children, founded three advertising agencies, one Video Animation Studio, one Art magazine and has been teaching for many years Graphic Design in Turin (Istituto Balbis).
He had more then 80 Solo exhibitions, Collectives and Art Events in Italy, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Egypt, England, Finland, France, Germany, India, Jordan, Oman, Spain, Switzerland and USA. 
From 2004 to 2007 he developed many projects for public and private hospitals in Italy and abroad.
He uses to work also with disable people for ARTE PLURALE, an important project of Citta’ di Torino:
Together with his son Massimiliano, they are working now to an interesting project for a ‘House of Games’ in the gardens of the Reggia of Venaria (the King’s House).
            His works are mainly photos mixed with painting and digital with the aim to go deeper inside the people and their wires, to discover Eros and Beauty.

  The Sign you can see in the most of his works starts from two signs supporting each other (Balance), goes on with a spiral (Energy) and lasts with a point outside… We must give something to the others to be actually a full person.

Fulvio Colangelo e' nato ad Aosta nel 1946. Ha terminato gli studi all‘Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti di Torino con un lavoro sull'antico edificio, chiudendone portone e finestre con fili di nylon.

Ha lavorato in teatro con due scenografi molto importanti, Guglielminetti e Luzzati.

Ha fatto 6 figli, fondato tre Agenzie di Pubblicita', uno studio di Video Animazione, una Rivista d'Arte... Ha Insegnato computer grafica per anni a Torino dove ha l'Atelier.

Ha piu' di 80 fra Personali, Collettive, Eventi d'Arte in Italia, Austria, Belgio, Brasile, Egitto, Inghilterra, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, India, Giordania, Oman, Serbia, Spagna, Svizzera e USA.

Dal 2004 al 2007 ha sviluppato diversi progetti d'arte all'interno di strutture ospedaliere in Italia e all'estero.

 I suoi lavori sono mixed media, foto, pittura, interventi digitali, video.

Gente, Eros, Collegamenti fra persone e cose cono i suoi campi di investigazione.   

Il SEGNO speciale che si vede spesso nelle sue opere inizia da due segni che si appoggiano uno all'altro, proseguono con una spirale di energia, terminano con un punto esterno... Dobbiamo spezzarci e lasciare qualcosa di noi agli altri per essere davvero interi.
